About The Literacy Sphere
My name is Oleander Yuba, founder/Lead Trainer at The Literacy Sphere Diction and Social Polish Academy. I am a member of The Teacher’s Registration Council of Nigeria, (TRCN) as well as of
the Association of Diction Coaches of Nigeria (ADCN) and the Institute of Corporate Administration (ICAD). I am a seasoned educator certified by the TEFL Academy Dublin Island to teach English in all countries of the world, I also have certifications by the British Council and Jolly Learning UK. I have attended countless local and international trainings, and have been certified to be a Diction, Phonics, Calligraphy and Social Polish Instructor.
I founded The Literacy Sphere out of a burning desire to see an elite society of distinct speakers, both and young. I have always loved the English Language; so it stabs me to the heart when I hear anyone speak it wrongly. I am drawn to persons who speak good English, but especially to those who are conscious of their pronunciation of English words.
I work with top-level schools to provide training on Diction, Phonics, Calligraphy and Social Polish (Etiquette) for school heads, teachers, pupils/students, as well as parents.
Moreso, I provide one-to-one Diction and Social Polish Coaching for career and business professionals, government executives and individuals from all walks of life. I have successfully helped a number of children who had challenges articulating some English sounds to speak clearly and distinctly, using sound Speech Therapy techniques.
