About The Literacy Sphere
The Literacy Sphere is a unique training institution, duly registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission to provide professional training services to a wide range of clients, on Diction and and Social Polish (Etiquette), as well as Phonics, Calligraphy, Speech Therapy, and Public Speaking.
We are concerned with ensuring that our clients attain confidence and poise in their different spheres of influence, through excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal.
We offer specialised training for schools, business and career professionals, corporate organisations, and individuals from all walks of life. Our training programmes are tailored to the specific needs and schedules of our clients.
We take our clients, both young and old, on a satisfying journey of transformation, which sees them blossom into confident speakers, who stand out everywhere they go.

Our Mission
We intend to bridge that crucial gap between the total and well-taught child and the successful and well equipped adult through the triple process of knowledge inculcation, social inclusion and confidence-building. For those who are already adults, we intend to reinforce the science of self – belief through mastery of the spoken word and the fine art of convincing others to understand and accept one’s point of view.
About the Founder
Oleander Yuba is the founder of The Literacy Sphere Education Services and the Lead Coach at The Literacy Sphere Diction Academy.
She is an Award-Winning Diction and Public Speaking Coach trained by The TEFL Academy, Dublin, Ireland, to teach English in all countries of the world. In addition to that, she is a seasoned Phonics Instructor, certified by Jolly Learning Ltd. England.
She has received a number of awards, including The Iconic Brand Award as Public Speaker of the Year and Founder of the Year Award as Edupreneur of the Year.
She has served on the panel of a Tedx event, as well as other educational events and competitions. She has been featured on several magazines and television programmes.
Oleander is a corporate trainer who trains and consults for corporate organisations in Nigeria and beyond. She has trained and certified thousands of business executives, career professionals, educators and individuals from all walks of life on Elocution, Public Speaking, Grammar, Business Communication, Etiquette, etc.
She is a member of the FORBES Black Community, Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), and the Association of Diction Coaches of Nigeria (ADCN). She is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Administration (ICAD).
She is called the Distinct Elocutionist.
